Notable Night!!

Last night upon returning from church we found that ALL of the cows were out!! Alan, (in his great wisdom)decided that they would not wander far and would be fine until the morning. I thinnk he was really just very tired and did not want to mess with it. Soooo Anyway. This morning they were all gone! He and the big boys had to go hunt them down and chase them back in. What a wonderful start to the day.

At 7:30 this morning Angela Mc had a baby boy!! Finally!! She was about 2 1/2 weeks overdue. His name is Kyle Douglas and he is 8 1/2 lbs. Very adorable. Alan & I made the pilgramage over to greet the new prince at 8:45 (hey, we were very excited). After seeing that he was wearing a purple baby cap, I made a trip to Target and picked up the cutest little boy things. They should fit him for 2 or 3 weeks. The kid needed clothes! Also on the shopping list were chocolates for Angela. She was quite happy with that. I do plan to not go back again at least until tomorrow, although the kids will be home a 4:00 and you just know they are going to want to see the baby. It is so awesome when a sister has a healthy, happy baby. Gives you so much confidence that the faith will continue.

The Lord has blessed us all with Trinas little Boaz, Dixies little Holly, Tereasas B.'s little Cassidy, Gracies little Mariah, and now little Kyle!! WOW!! All within the last month. Pretty amazing isn't it?

I didn't know that Dixie had had her baby! Oh, I am so glad. Like you said, it's so nice when it's all done.

I'm so happy for everyone having babies. They are definately a blessing! BTW, I love that tree you have posted on the top of your page. I remember that tree from when I was a little girl! (For everyone who has no idea what I'm talking about: Joann lives in my Grandma's old house.) It actually brought a smile to my face when I saw it :)

Sorry Jules removed the tree cause I couldn't figure out how to downsize it. There are so many things on here I haven't learned how to do yet. I wish my page was more interesting like Trinas. I can't seem to get it to work though.

Ah that's okay, it's just a tree ;) Trina actually paid someone to lay it out. I agree it looks AWESOME. Cherrie, Trina and I think Mary all used the same company, but it costs too much $$ (to me). Are you looking for blinkie's? (and other decorations like that?) I can help you with some things. You can either give me a call or just reply, and i'll check it.

Okay, I don't know if you're interested but here's what you do: Go to this blinkie page and browse through all the blinkies: http://www.pinkyblinkies.lunarpages.com/ Then when you see one you like, right click your mouse and go to save (I save them in my pictures). After you find a few, you need to go to Photobucket.com and start an account (it's free), then upload the blinkies you liked. Then it will give you an html code. Copy the code and then go to your blog layout and you can make a page element for just blinkies, and you can add all the blinkies that you want, you just have to do it one at a time. Just make sure that when you're making the page element, you use html codes. If you need more help, i'm here :)

Thanks Jules I will give that a try. I finally figured out how to add pictures on the side of the family! I don't really want to pay someone to do it for me, as I like to learn how to do these things myself. Keeps the old Noggin Humming along. I need a bunch of help with that! I WILL be 40 soon!

It is so nice when healthy babies are born. Birth is such an amazing miracle and it is so nice to have the Lord to get us through. I got a nice little Boaz fix today! Newborns are so nice to cuddle with!

So glad for Angela! What a lovely blessing, I'm sure she appreciated the chocolates. First things first.
