Emily

This little beauty is my daughter Emily. She was all dressed up for a wedding. Her teeth have grown in since, but basically she looks the same. This is the one I begged God for. Still she was a great surprise. I just figured I would have all boys. Em is very much a girly girl. She loves clothes, the more the better. Shopping, preferably with only mom. She is teaching herself the piano and is getting pretty good at it. But, she also likes to play outside in the dirt with the boys, jump on the trampoline, ride bikes and wrestle with her brothers. Em is now 8 1/2 years old. Her birthday is in Nov so she will just be starting third grade.
Some people say she looks like me. What do you all think? Poor Baby.

Cherrie,

It is so nice that our girls are the same age. Maybe when we finally make it to Oregon we will get to come stay with you again.

Yup your little girl is cute! And she does look a little like you. But it isn't surprising that Alan is her dad either.

I am so glad that you got an answer to your prayers....*smiling* She is an absolute doll!! Being a girly girl but not being afraid to play outside and wrestle around is a great combo for any girl, in a boys book. I definitely think she looks like her Mama and that is NOT a bad thing, you silly woman!!

She looks a lot like an old friend of mine, lucky girl. Sounds kinda like her too, lucky girl.

I love Emily! She reminds me of myself. I was a girly girl, but... LOVED playing in the dirt, and doing boy stuff also :) She looks beautiful in that dress, who's wedding was it?
